On Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Maitland (in the Hunter region, north of Sydney) for two classes. One was a two day Mountmellick workshop, and the other was a two hour evening class where we played with some unusual embroidery stitches. I’d been at AllThreads Embroidery teaching Portuguese whitework on Saturday and yesterday. We had so much fun! We started off the class with me showing the photos I took of the embroidery and the town in comes from in Portugal, from my visit there in 2009. […] All systems are go for my Brisbane Portuguese whitework class in February. I’ll be teaching the project shown right, at AllThreads Embroidery on the weekend of February 26 and 27. (My flights are booked!) There are still spaces in the class if you would like to join us.
