My mother informed me that yesterday was International Left-Handed Day. I don’t know how that one passed me by, but Happy International Left-Handed Day to all my fellow lefties. We of the congenital dispositions…!
I’m a little unwell at the moment, so if you don’t mind (or even if you do!) I’m going to take a break from the Mountmellick embroidery stitch along for a few days. I’m pretty sure you’ve all got enough to be going along with anyway.
So that everything is all together in one place, here’s a roundup of the Mountmellick embroidery stitch along posts so far:

Keep well and take care.
I am still on buttonhole petals, finished one petal and am considering to redo half of the petal…still lots to catch up. Thanks for posting all the topics. It is a wonderful stitch along and your instructions are so detailed and full of encouragement and I enjoy every moment while I stitch.
Get well soon, Yvette
Hi Yvette
Sorry to hear that you are unwell, I hope you feel better soon.
I now have a copy of your right handed Embroiderer’s Companion it is brilliant. I am also enjoying reading About the Mountmellick embroidery stitch along.
Best wishes

Thanks to all for your get well wishes. Its now Sunday and I am feeling much improved, thanks. Although my mother doesn’t approve, I chose to use the body’s natural defense system to fight the infection – a fever – and sweated it out. Once the fever broke, so did the aches and pains, so now I feel much more human!
