I’ve found a way of creating online previews of my books so that you can see a sample of the contents of my books. I have started with The Left-Handed Embroiderer’s Companion.
It has a sample of pages: there are the front and back covers, the contents page, one surface stitch, a variation of that stitch, a counted thread stitch, a needlepoint stitch, and the index. That should give you a really good idea of what the book is like and what is in it.

I’d love to hear what you think of the preview, and whether you’d like to see similar previews of my other books.
Please note that all content in these previews is just as copyrighted as the actual book, so it cannot be reproduced.
Needlework shop and bookshop owners: You are welcome to go to Scribd by clicking on the link at the top left of the preview, and getting a copy to embed in your website or blog, as a promotional tool. If you can make no sense of it all, email me for information on how to do it!
I wish all embroidery (non-fiction?) books had a preview like this. You get something similar on Amazon sometimes. Gives the real flavour of the book, which in your case, is yummy!
(I even learnt something – how to turn sharp corners in chain stitch!)
