two books off to the publisher

Well, its been a few weeks since I last posted, but there’s been a really good reason for that!

I finally got my book “Mountmellick Embroidery: Inspired by Nature” off to the publishers. What a relief! Then, as I surveyed my office the next morning, I realised that I needed to reprint “Elegant Hardanger Embroidery”, so I had to rush that off to the printers as well.

So, two books off to the printers in one week isn’t bad! 🙂

You’ll find on the Vetty Creations website I have now put the Mountmellick book there, so that you can learn all about it and pre-order your copy. Its due back from the printers in late November, so while orders can’t be sent until then, they will go out in the few days after they arrive. It will mean that if you get in quick, you can have it in time for Christmas! Of course, I can’t guarantee this though, as I’m not the postal system. 🙁

“Mountmellick Embroidery: Inspired by Nature” will retail in Australia for AU$34.95. If you order it direct from Vetty Creations, it will be AU$39.95 (including shipping) for deliveries to Australia, and AU$47.95 (including shipping) for deliveries to anywhere else in the world. To order, just click through to the Vetty Creations website, using the link above.

(Please note that these prices may change at any time and without notice.) Now, to just allay your fears – the disclaimer is only to cover myself, and I see no need to be changing the price any time soon!

We have an excellent distributor in the US who will be supplying the book to American shops from February 2008. The book will also be available in the UK and Europe early in 2008.
