I’ve completed my embroidered masquerade mask and worn it to my daughter’s 21st party. I was so happy with how it turned out, and so happy that it did actually work! In the video I explain the process of putting the embroidery onto the mask.
The embroidery is whitework in the Dresden lace style, on bisso linen (54 count), using white coton a broder (no 30) and white Londonderry linen thread (100/3).
