I’ve been ridiculously busy this week, in a mad rush to finish off some more class projects. I’ve finished the one for my beginners/intermediate merezhka class at the NSW Embroiderers Guild in September. The photo is now on the hand embroidery classes page of my website.
I’ve also been working on the models for my Beating Around the Bush classes at Country Bumpkin in Adelaide, which aren’t until October next year. But deadlines are deadlines, and I’m not finished yet!
Tomorrow I will be teaching a most delightful day of Mountmellick embroidery at Oatley Cottage in Oatley. I was planning to catch the train there, but discovered late this afternoon that the Illawarra line has trackwork this weekend. So if you see me struggling onto a bus with a wheelie bag full of embroidery, you’ll know where I’m off to. At least its not supposed to be raining!
