Today I introduce you to the Frisian Whitework runner from my forthcoming book, “Frisian Whitework: Dutch Embroidery from Friesland”. It’s a very adaptable design that you’ll easily be able to use.
I also show and talk about two of the Dutch Heritage fabrics that I’ve used for projects in the book.
The printer’s proofs of the book have a cameo in this episode, which you may find interesting if you’ve never seen such things before.
I tell you about two fabulous upcoming textile exhibitions in Europe that I’d love to visit, and won’t be able to, but maybe you can!
