I do know that there is a large Ukrainian population in the Lidcombe area. Because of this, my usual suggestion is to contact the local council or library in that area to see if they can help you with your enquiry.<\/p>\n<p>Any if anyone can recommend classes for learning pysanky anywhere in Australia, it seems that there is a bit of interest in it. Please use the comments section to let me (and others) know of such classes.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, if its Merezhka Poltavska (a type of Ukrainian drawn thread embroidery) that you want want to learn, my book &#8220;Ukrainian Drawn Thread Embroidery&#8221; will teach you all you need to know, step by step.
