I have had a lot to deal with in my family life. Because of medical issues, my daughter has had her diet changed considerably, and with all the existing limitations on her diet, I have had to rethink nearly everything particularly so that I can make sure her gymnastics training nutrition needs are still being met.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been quite all-consuming. I have an appointment with a sports dietitian to get me some help with it all, but the first I could get isn&#8217;t until the end of January. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve haven&#8217;t had much brain space &#8220;left over&#8221; for anything else, even work. I guess that&#8217;s the good thing about working for yourself &#8211; I don&#8217;t have a boss breathing down my neck.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, hopefully I&#8217;ll feel a bit more on top of things soon, and be back here again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am sorry to have disappeared without a trace for the last week or so.
