Earlier this year, Dovo was having some difficulty and they were restructured.<\/p>\n<p>I learned yesterday that the shaving equipment part of the business was sold, but the scissors part was not. They have ceased production of their scissors, and unfortunately they have no more stock of the beautiful <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vettycreations.com.au\/dovo-hardanger-scissors.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Dovo Hardanger scissors<\/a> that we all love. I can&#8217;t get anymore, and I have sold all the ones I had. I was happy to learn that Anne, who I have always dealt with at Dovo and who was always so helpful, has her employment assured by the new owners.<\/p>\n<p>It is such sad news about the scissors. <\/p>\n<p>I do still stock some lovely stork scissors, which are great, but the Dovos were that much nicer (with a price to match!).
